On the 03 CTD 2500 are the rotors front and rear hat type?
I was looking at the shop manual and under one section it showed hat type and other section showed what looked like the Dana 60 press fit and needed to pull the bearing and studs to pull it off.

they are capurted between the wheels and bearing spindles but they usually require some major pursuasion to get them off after they are rusted on
