While going down the road the brake lights on my 03 will go on and stay on without ever pushing the brake pedal. It does have a brake controller on it. Is there an issue with the brake switches on these than anyone knows of? Thanks in advance.

 

check the brake switch at the pedal, try adjusting it in the mounting hole...
