This is true. But a lot of trucks are diong it as i had a poll. Something is in the programming because my truck is perfectly fine no miss/ knockk great mileage. Ill live with the smoke

I only notice it on my stock '05 when I pull away from a light at night. If I jam the pedal to the floor, I can see the smoke in the headlights behind me. It's noticible during the day, but only if you're really lookin for it.

I get no noticable smoke on mine, which is bone stock right now with less than 500 miles

We'll see what happens after I let the motor get broken in a bit and then chip it
