Bit a bullet - Dodged a bullet
Hey y'all - Been lurking for a while, got lots of good info from here.
Been having a problem with my '04 2500 6Spd 114kmi stalling on me. Changed the fuel filter, no difference. Took it to the dealer and they diagnosed it was the fuel pump. They also said the fan clutch was going. Had them do those, tranny and diff fluid change, and an oil change. About $1,500 worth of work.
They got 'er all back together today and they took it for a test drive - took 'em about 30 minutes for the test drive. They came back and told me they think my turbo is coming apart. But since it wasn't doing that when I brought it in, they are replacing the turbo and putting me in a rental on their dime. SWEET!!
