Bilstein Shock Question
Does anyone know if they make them to fit the 2004.5 year model 3500 4x4 dually ?? Also, are these shocks really worth the money of replacing the new factory shocks ?? Wasn't sure if you would notice that much of a difference between factory shocks and the bilsteins.
thanks,
matt

My understanding was that the earlier shocks were for 2" lifted, 1500 trucks. They were part # BE56681 H-5, for the front & #BE56647 H-5, for the rear.
Bilstein was supposed to have shocks "dedicated" to our trucks, earlier this year (April). Whether they are out or not, I don't know. You might want to call Bilstein about that.1-858-386-5900.
Kore Suspensions is supposed to have Bilsteins with "their special valving", also. At least, thats the rumor i've heard.
Two of my friends, with Duramaxes, have the Bilsteins and said they made a big difference in the ride quality of their trucks.
Hope this helps.

Every post I have seen about these shocks have been all good. Everybody says that ride has improved alot over stock. With my bad back, They might be the first bolt on I do, from the experiances from everybody else.
