Better crankcase ventilation?

Better crankcase ventilation?

Has anyone come up with a way to get better crankcase ventilation. i have a little oil residue on the underside of my truck and was wondering why it does this my first gen doesn't do this. there has to be a better way to get ventilation for proper ring seal and no blow by

I never have any that makes a residue, but I have heard of people extending the tube and putting a catch container or sock over it.

I could possibly be a bad oil seperator on the valve cover. It has a small line that comes up from the block under the vanity cover to the oil seperator and then the big line that goes down next to the oil pan. The excess oil is supposed to be seperated and drained back through the valve cover.
