Keep in mind that you have a heavy truck that will break loose in snow and ice easier. Don't hesitate to use your 4wd if the roads are slippery. Have a good trip.

Oh, and don't forget to lighten up your trailer brakes on icy roads.

Aggie Girl, don't waste your money on Anti-gel, its not cold enough to need anti gel around here. I always add Power Service Diesel Gray bottle with every fill up, it helps lubricate, but you don't need an anti-gel.

Use the white bottle. It is an anti gel, PLUS a lubricity adder. No point in using the grey bottle when the white is the SAME thing, but with anti gel in it. You never know. Weather can change. For instance, today in Montana it was around 35 degrees. On Sunday, our high is suppose to be -6. Be prepared. Use the white. I'm not disagreeing with you TXfiremedic, just tring to prepare her. The bottles are the same price.

IIRC unless the temps will be colder then zero you should not need to use more then 16oz of the white bottle power service per 34 gallons of fuel. After the first does you will only need around 10 oz per 25 gallons.
