Another p0341 help thread
I have researched and came with the thread with the AC wires fraying or rubbing. I took the harness out all the way to the back to the alternator and put each individual wire in a loom, then put those wires in a bigger loom. And I still get the code, completely randomly. Also replaced CPS with cummins part from the dealer.
It does seem to effect the way the motor runs, it just bothers me because the truck only has 89000 miles on it and can't get this light off. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Edward.

Most just through parts at it. If you have a good tech he may be able to find it. Crank sensor may also help through the code. Put the old cam sensor in it's spot.

I did that, when the new sensor didn't fix anything. I had it checked by local shop, with Snapon scanner, they said when they would read the crank and cam sensor at idle they would both read 750(ish), then the cam readout would go to 1400 then back to 750. It would do this randomly. They said the ECM is probably bad. This is my first Dodge, lowest mileage truck, most expensive, and most problematic, I'm getting discouraged about it. Thanks for the help.

The shop is wrong. Bad ECM is not the norm. Well, it appears they can see the issue but don't know how to diagnose it to resolve the problem. It is possible that the rocker box gasket may be bad. It has the injector harness built in. My suggestion would be to find another shop.
