Amsoil Antifreeze trouble

I just renewed my antifreeze with the Amsoil. I drained the radiator, removed the old thermostat, refilled with distilled water, ran engine with heat on until warm, drained again. Replaced T-stat. I then refilled with 4 gal of antifreeze and some distilled water. All went well. Didn't drain the system dry but better than the dealer.
Tested the coolant the next morning: -60 below for freeze protection but the PH was low and according to the test strip package, i should do something about this immediately. Called tech and that was a new one for them.
What should i do about this???

What is that Amsoil stuff anyway - HOAT, Dexcool, G05, what? IIRC, Chrysler specs G05 for 2002 and later vehicles or thereabouts.
