after lifting, pulls right
2500 Lifted, truck stills pulls tom right after alinement, positived caster maxed out, what do I do? Lift is a 4.5" Skyjacker, changed coil springs, all four arms, dual shocks, rear springs and shocks. steering stable, pitman arm. Moved wheels up front left to right.

try the adjust air presure alignment method, lower presure on left side a few lbs and see if that helps, then again you didn't say how hard to the right it pulls soooooooo don't go too crazy droppin psi.

That's the curse of the show pony lifted truck!!! Before you go running around with a flat tire on one side, you might try swapped the front tires side to side......and, how much lift, what brand, and what componants did you have to change.....and get used to the boot on your pitman arm tearing.

J Body, what the hell are you talking about?
He has a drop pitman arm and the drag link mounts to the bottom of the arm, not the top now. The boot will not tear.
68Dodge, you are doing all of the wrong things. You modified the steering of the truck by adding more lift, so you cannot use the factory specs when getting it aligned. There are three things you can do, but first I would see if the truck is "really" pulling to the right, or is it only pulling to the right when you are in the right hand lane? Get on the other side of the road or get in the left lane of a four lane road and see if it pulls the other way.
If it does pull the other way, you can adjust your toe in to where the front of the tires are just a hair closer than they are now. It should help you track a little straighter.
If it still pulls to the right no matter what lane you are in and what the crown of the road is like, you can adjust your passenger side cam bolt so that arm is slightly longer than the driver's side.
Also, keep in mind that you didn't lengthen the track bar... you just dropped it down to keep it parallel with the drag link. The axle is not even centered, it is pulled to the driver's side a hair. You need an adjustable track bar to center the axle under your truck.
Another thought, if your tire pressures up front are too high, the truck will wander more easily. Make sure you are not overinflated. You need the tires to squat a little for a wider footprint. One way to check that is to put a different set of wheels/tires on the truck and see if the truck still "pulls." Then you know the tires need to be adjusted, or you have a bent wheel.
If it makes you feel any better, my truck has the same lift and it pulls to the right a little. It's because of the crown of the roads around here though. It pulled before the lift, and after the lift, it was more noticeable because of the larger tires.
My other truck does not pull either way, but it has hydro assist steering and 44 inch Boggers with the best tie rod and drag link system you can get. It's in the steering, not the coils or control arms or shocks.

You got me there. I "think" that if the "hole" on the cam is facing forward, that the arm will be at it's longest. You might need to just take the bolt out a little ways to be sure. I am pretty sure that I'm correct but I've been wrong once or twice before.

Caster causes pull. If your pulling right ,you need more positive caster on rt then on left. You need to take a reading ,see what the caster is set at in degrees at each wheel . Just maxed out dont tell you nothing. Like if you got 5 degrees positive caster on both ft. wheels then set left ft to 4 degrees. So you got 1 degree MORE positive caster on the rt side . This will give you left pull. Take it from there untill you get it set right.

when you lifted your truck, I assume you put larger tires on. It seems to me that most that put larger tires on, the truck tracks to the right due to the tire width and the angle of the road. I put 285's on and instantly had a slight pull. Put a set of 265's back on and truck tracked normal. Can't explain it???
