I use 4plus premium with BioArmor from Diesel Services Group http://www.dieselservices.com/html/bioarmor/
It's a highly concentrated, effective, and cheap to use additive. I get a a price significantly lower then what's posed on the website. It cost me less then 1cent per treated liter of diesel (or less then 4cents per treated gallon).
This additive is cost effective and truly works. I have seen reputable lab results to prove so.
During coldest winter months I run the 4plus Arctic, which is the same additive except it contains a pour point suppressant.

I don't understand the significance of the question, Dan. When the feds mandate you take out sulpher from the fuel, a fuel additive can't just add it back; doesn't make sense. I'm not saying that is the law or anything, it just doesn't make sense the Feds would allow it. They do advertise as meeting the new Fed low sulfur requirements.

I will say this though, I've done alot of reading on the matter of aftermarket additives and you really could screw things up if you don't know the different chemicals in the additive as well as what is already in the fuel added by the supplier.
I read this in TDR -
"Chemical additives are a convenient way to restore lubricity, but excessive amounts can cause sediment formation in the fuel, and gum formation when exposed to crankcase oil."
It goes on to say "Over-treating fuel with a lubricity additive could be detrimental to fuel filtration." Warren Totten of Cummins stated that.

Just good ole #2 diesel for me. Cummins says you don't need it. So far, no problems with mine for 53k miles.
Actually, my current tank of fuel is B20 Bio Willie....thought I'd give it a shot. No difference that I can tell so far.
