Keep your injectors clean.
Only problem with mine is the steering box is leaking slightly. What did they do to fix yours? Replace it or put a seal kit in it?

That's it!
My passenger-side door panel was really loud.
Then I discovered the factory forgot to put in some of the screws that secure the bottom of the panel to the door.

I just rememberd my friend has an 06 mega cab., and hes had an issuse with his driver window. i think it was a year ago and it fell down in the door. said it was a dam cold day for northern south dakota and he had to drive 30 miles to the dealership all bundeled up he said i at least shoulda had a ciggarette going so people didnt think i was some crazy person driving with the window down! LOL hew as gonne come up here last fall but it fell in again. hten more recently he siad it fell and cracked the window, and they wont replace it under warranty?
oh also his clutch puked out around 40k miles last spring(no load), i was with him when it happened. we were about 5 miles from his house. and (take a deep breath) his hired man had to come get us in my old Ford 1/2 ton lol only 12k warranty on the clutch but they did fix that because they siad they was a big problem with them all across the country, was there a re-call?
ive always like Autos and that really made up my mind to never get a standard.

Well, the screws were in....And interestingly I have a boatload of bubbled paint and rust down there. Less than 3 years old and only 20K.
My car is almost 10 years old, gets washed less and has 0 rust.

Hmmmmm.

I'm having the dealer look at it on Tuesday.
So far, I have to admit that beyond the motor, I'm less than impressed with the quality of this vehicle.

Squeaks, rattles, a snowdrift cracking the bumper and now rust. Wow.
For the kind of money I paid, I expected more.
All the parts Dodge provided are cheaply made IMO.

I love my '06. The only problem that required a visit to the dealer is that the little plug-in for an MP3 on the radio came loose shortly after I bought the truck. The radio was replaced under warranty with no problem. I love the performance and the mileage (Up to 23 plus straight highway hand calc). Even my wife loves it and she has it away on a trip right now.
