I'm pretty sure Don starts with a new blank nozzle on the 03-04's.Your injector bodies are reused.The prices listed on his website are for upgrades(hp) only,not repair.He has stated on here that most injectors can be repaired for $150 or less.He will not just repair and return stock.You mentioned wanting them upgraded in size so thats why I mentioned going thru him.Call Lloyd,he will be able to answer all your questions.

well coustomer declined repairs said dealer is goin to fix it under warranty with 98xxx on the ticker. so i put the bad injectors back in the truck started it up wouldnt hardly run and knockin like crazy white smoke like you wouldnt believe. held it high idle to see if she would clean up and stop knockin and it never did so brought it back down to idle and shut the key off. well it didnt wanna shut off and decided to run away went up to 4000 rpm and kept climbing. put it in high gear and stood on the brakes and hoped like heck the clutch wont slip dumped the clutch and she bearly shut down. called a local shop that rebuilds inj pumps all the time and told him the story and he said he had one a while back that wouldnt shut off but didnt run away. he called bosch on the one he had an encounter with and bosch said there is an orfice in the cp3 that can get plugged up from dirty fuel, and it will back feed and will allow the engine to continue running even with the batterys dissconected and with the cp3 unplugged. bosch also said there is no way of servicing this orfice because it is internal and machined into the pump. go figure such a simple design being so complex!!!! hope this info helps someone out in the future.
