I need help on my truck!!! I changed the fuel and air filter since I was having problem with surging and it almost feels like its starving fuel. It puts out white smoke when it surges and it even back fires. This only happens when I step on pedal as RPM goes up, then it surges and smokes and almost dies. As soon as I take my foot off the pedal it comes back. It also idles very smooth. Turbo is working fine. I just had 6spd trans rebuilt after I picked it up everything was working fine until I was pulling a trailer up a hill, when this occurred. Any idea?????
