2004 3500 front brakes
anyone have any pics of doing a front brake job on a 2004 3500 or and good advise ane instructions on how to do it? I've heard its hard to get the front hubs of.

Front rotors will just slide off a 2004 SRW after removing the calipers and brackets. If it's a dually, the adapters will need to be unbolted first, but either way, the hub/bearing assemblies don't have to be removed. Removing the hub/bearings was only necessary on the pre-2000 trucks.

spray the hub good with some penetrating oil first and that'll help unfreeze the rotor.
It's honesty a 30 minute job. Don't take off anything you don't have to.

Just wanted to thank everyone for all the help, I have one side done, everything had to fight me. The rim and tire was froze to the adaptor then the adaptor wasnt to bad to get off but then the rotor....... what a pain in the butt.
I know this is a truck site but if anyone wants to see my other hobbies i can post some pics. 1970 Nova with a 427 small block stroker ( 686 HP). also race Supermodified open wheel cars 910 HP in a 1850LB car (a rocket on wheels).
