2003 missing, running rough, and smoking

Specs on the truck:

2003 HO
6 spd
193K
stock

It is running rough wont accelerate above 2000 rpm, misses, and blows smoke. It wont die at idle, but it will surge. I replaced the FCA last night and drove it around the block without any problems. Now my truck is on the side of the road about a mile from the house. In gear it will just buck and act like it starving for fuel.

I had to be towed home the other night, I though it was my lift pump (still the one on the fuel canister), but i've replaced it previously. I can pull the cover/filter and while running it stays full and actually over fills and pours onto the ground.

NO CODES

Try changing the fuel filter and see if that helps. If not you probably have injector issues. Have you checked for any codes yet? When my FCA went funky it never threw a code......you've already replaced......when my LP died it showed no codes....but you have fuel....sounds like injectors to me.

Have you checked to see if rail pressure sensor is good?

Fuel filter is fine and only has a few thousand on it. there is no debris in the canister along with the filter still being somewhat white. Like I said in the first post, there are absolutely no codes showing.

While driving, I have to have it floored to go anywhere. It will buck and miss out and jump around between 1k-2k RPM. All whist blowing puffs of black smoke and a lot of white smoke.

I'd say injectors as well, those injectors dont like any debris and with that much pressure and any sort of dirt will score the orfice leading to leaking injectors.

This was literally an immediate problem. I drove it on a 100 mile trip. got out of the truck, 10 min later i started it and tried to drive away and it started acting up.

It will idle perfect without any surging. I can also drive for a short bit without and problems (1-2min). Then it will stall/choke out and i have to floor it to make it back to the house, which is when it starts to smoke and die.

the oil level is perfect and looks good.

I'm just trying to figure out if another sensor would cause this before i get reamed by the stealurship.
