got an 2003 2500 4x4 190,000 miles tuck as has staled a few times at stop sighns and going down the road . fresh oil and fuel filter [1000 miles on them ] pulled codes got a p0628 low voltage at fuel lift pump . any ideas ? fuel pump going bad ? relay ? electrical ?

 

is it in the tank ? or on frame?

 

I would say you have a bad lift pump. I have had to replace my lift pump twice in 75000 miles.I had the same code. My pump was and still is on the filter.

 

oh up on filter on motor ?

 

My code info shows fuel pump relay circuit malf. Try swapping relay w/ one that isnt currently being used

 

were is the relay under hood in fues box or somewere else

 

99% of the time when you get this code you have a bad LP.

Relay in box under hood "fuel system relay". Also ck ALL ground points. I agree w/ spooler but it dont hurt to ck.
