37,500 only recall was the alt bracket and the reflash done the same time. I use a little power service every 2-3 fillups to keep injectors healthy. Not a problem 90% empty getting great MPG! Happy Happy!

I think that turbo charger seal was caused because no one realized how much more internal pressure would be developed with the HO engine and the new Jake brake. I got one of the first ones that was released, and when the part was replaced, the parts number had changed. I forget whether the alpha was a prefix or a suffix, but it changed from an A to a B. The only thing that ticked me off was that it took almost a week for STAR to get the part to Pahrump. In the meanwhile I had to get the race car home to work on it for the next race. One of my friends brought me back to Carson City and then let me take his pickup back down to get my trailer and Chrsyler wouldn't even reimburse me for my out of pocket expenses which came to less than $150.00. I still love MOPAR, but have a bad taste in my mouth about the german management.

21K and cylinder #4 injector just replaced. I took it in with a very strong pinging/chatter during start from a stop. Engine smooths out now during warm-up but still pings when first started and after totally warm. I will be returning it to the shop to have this looked at but accoring to what I have read here some people think this is normal. I don't think so seeing that it didn't do this before. Will keep you posted

Normal is relative term.
That's the problem with trying to diagnose an NVH problem on a forum such as this. There is really not that good of a chance that you can describe the noise in words accurately enough to diagnose your issue.
You are taking the correct approach of having someone, who is somewhat familiar with the product, listen to it.
Some ping/clatter is normal. The noise has always been there in all CTD's, but after applying the HPCR system and cutting the noise by more than half noises that were previously covered up by the very loud VP44 system start to become objectionable to the customer.
