Mine too. I'll have to check those exhaust hangers.

 

Mine's an intermittent droning, vibes sometimes, then smooth, then vibes for a long time, then smooth... I don't get it. It comes on slightly at 65+, but then gets really bad between 70 and 75. Used to be at 70 only, but now seems to be around 75 most of the time. I'm gonna take a long look at the exhaust hanger that connects to the tranny...

 

I removed the one on the tranny and it made no difference.

 

So much for that theory... thanks for saving me the work!

 

5-03 build, I have the vibration in the steering wheel and a 60 to 65 mph droaning sound. 3500 4x4 auto 4.10 lS QC LB Dually.

I'm trying to find a local dealer that will do the steering hose fix. My dealer Palmer Dodge, Roswell, GA is a service mine field in the worst way. They create problems and have never heard of the TSB I showed them.

 

I had the dealer unhook my exhaust bracket off the tranny yesterday.

It took care of about 80% of my vibe ! ! YAHOOOOOO
