1st gear holding too long

So, this just started out of the blue. I'll start the truck and start driving and the transmission will hold first gear way longer then normal and then finally shift in to 2nd. It is fine after that until you restart the truck and it does the same thing (first shift only). I'm going to guess the solenoid but I would like to see some opinions first from you fine gentlemen. Thanks!

Oh, and it seems to "hit" harder going in to second.

Alright, after searching for a gazlillion hours it looks like I should adjust the bands and see if that helps. Should I replace the solenoids while I'm in there or is that not worth it?
