I have 110k on royal purple with no regrets. I went 30k with dino oil to set the rings and then made the switch. with a total 140k so far I am sure it works as advertised. I use it everywhere even found it in a grease gun tube on ebay.

I bragged it up for over a year until I got my first oil sample back from using it..... and my second...third. They were horrible. Valv. Prem. Blue, Rotella, John Deere, Delo. etc... Used them all before and after the Royal and there was no comparison. The Royal Purple samples sucked! The Oil anaylisis Co. that is very well know said that the Cummins motor doesnt seem to get along with the Royal very well and they were not sure why. Well, they were right... for me at least. I'm back to using Valv. Prem. Blue CI4 and all is GREAT!
