Unhappy 07 5.9 A/C Not working at all HELP

Hey guys, thanks in advance!
My A/C is has Freon in it, Tested with gauge.
When i turn on the truck and hit the A/C button the compressor does not cycle on at all.. nothing not a click or clack.. zip. I checked the voltage right before the compressor when i hit the A/C button on the dash i get 10 VDC at the plug going to the compressor. does that means my low and high presure switches are working??r i would not get any voltage to engage the ac clutch right? so im thinking it's my A/C clutch that's failed.. any ideas or confirmations? i looked and its about 80 bucks for a kit on ebay..

Thanks!!

You should have 12 to 14vdc at the clutch coil. The coil may be bad and messed up the T.I.P.M. Unplug the coil and test voltage output of the T.I.P.M. with a test light and meter at the same time. The test light is used to provide a small load for the T.I.P.M. to see.

Thanks!, I measured the voltage with the truck off and key on so that explains the lower voltage. What is a T.P.I.M?
I got under the truck the other day and moved the wires next to the compressor around the plug and the clutch engaged so im going to get under there and see if i can recrimp the wires or what.. mabey just get a new coil.

I would pull the front cover off your AC clutch first before you just order a coil,,,I bet the cover and pulley face are toast also,,,easy to look in ther to find out but probably should do the 99 dollar kit.

I don't know if you have fixed yours yet but just wanted to say that I replaced my clutch last year. I tried using a puller from Oreilly Autoparts but it did not work. I used a prybar and screwdriver and took me for ever but finally got it done. I did remove the compressor. I left it in the truck but unbolted it so it would angle down. Good Luck.
