06 won't start. Dealer can't find what's wrong with it. No codes.

I would check that relief valve on the rail... i bet that is your problem, the pressure test the dealer did was on the rail? or prior to the CP3? i think the rail needs to see 30k psi before she'll fire...it should at least try to start?? TOSS THAT CAN OF STARTING FLUID!

STARTING FLUID! Oh no that not a good thing to be using.
