If you are correct and not measuring voltage draw while the grid heaters are on to me that means that if you don't drive truck every other day it won't have enough voltage to start by the third day or so. There should be a small draw for various electronics on the truck but I would expect it to be able to sit for 1-2 months without having the 2 batteries drawn down so much that the truck will not start. Find another dealer would be my suggestion, sounds like something is deffinatly wrong.

I've read some posts that the 06 will drain if you leave the key in it.

Easily within specfications. With that small load it should take weeks to draw down the batteries.

I suggest the batteries need to be checked.

had mine in the dealer for the same thing last week. they did a TSB for charging enhancments. Have not let the truck sit since then but I plan on letting it sit for a couple days next week to see if it worked. My truck would be stone dead if I let it sit for as little as 3 days..........

sad part is i had to jump it with an old mitsubishi pickup that been sitting in my driveway for a year untagged..........but still freakin starts!

How are you able to check that, are you placing a charger on one of the batteries and reading it? I want to know because I better check mine to see if it is draining.

I have let mine sit for over a week and it fires right up. Something doesn't sound right here.
