05 to 06 whats different

Maybe a minor detail to some, but the 06's are NOT the 1st ones to have 3 injections events. All of them from the 04.5 and up have that. The earlier CR motors have 2.

I don't know but I test drove one tonight and it wouldn't reset..?? When I reset my "03" It pops up to 25mpg or so then settles down to the average 21 or so, the "06" would go blank for a sec and then the same average would come back...Do they reset the same?

They changed the reset on the 06's. Instead of resetting to zero, they reset to whatever it was before the reset. Why, I don't know.

The fuel system is the same on the 2004.5. Nothing in the engine has changed fundamentally (electronically, yes, cost reductions, yes but its still the same emissions standards and power output).

there goes my chances of finding one that gets good mileage
