Will the throttle sensor cause the truck to not gain speed then all of a sudden take off like it should it been coming in and out when u push on throttle it may take off right or may just be real sluggish then go thanks

 

Issue like a 'dead pedal'? Press down on the throttle and nothing happens, then all of a sudden, bam! the truck takes off? Do you have any plug in power adders? If so remove and retest.

Try the TPPS recalibration. Turn the ignition key on but do not start the engine, press the throttle all the way to the floor and release, turn the ignition key off.

Check for codes. Ignition key ON/OFF/ON three times will display error codes in the odometer display. Write down the codes and attach to this thread for diagnosis.

 

I had a edge cts evolution put back to stock then sold the chip the codes I got was c41 65 and a4 00 b7 01 and 00 00 I'll try the recalibrate it after I hook my battery's back up later thanks for replying
