04.5 Ram 3500 SB SRW and LB DRW rear end diff?

I'm new to the dodge Ram 3500's...are the rear ends in the duallys different from the single rear wheels? Are they both Dyna 80's with the only difference being the wheel setup?
Thanks for any help or info...

The dually 11.5's have a little extra meat in the cast than the single rear wheel 11.5 trucks. It might not be all of them but its something that I have verified.
Mechanically they are the same except for the hubs (of course).

I know this has been beat to death...
but I'm interested in a 04.5 3500 6speed,4x4,SRW,SB quad cab...if I bought it I'd like to convert it to a DRW using a kit like the Arrowcraft kit with the factory Dodge short bed Dually fenders...doing it mostly for stability...I have a WW 40' 5th wheel toy hauler with dual slides fully loaded...what is the max I can tow with a 3500 quad cab short bed? I've also been reading on this site about getting your truck rated for more towing capacity by the DMV...
Any ideas or info would be appreciated...

Something like this is better for the more larger toy haulers like that.

That would be an awsome road trip rig but a lousy daily driver.

My 05 F350 Tow Boss did an excellent job of towing the trailer...I didn't like its auto tranny though...unfortunately a divorce forced me to sell it...so I'm looking for a used Ram 3500...I know I want the 6-speed...in my opinion autos are useless for towing...
