04.5 - Is an ECM Flash Worth the $
I still have the eng warranty on my truck, it is at the dealer getting an oil leak fixed. Is it worth the money to have them get the ECM currrent? Not sure what flash I have but I am sure MPG could be improved since I get about 15 now. Any pros or cons to spending $130 to do this?

Get a Rokktech. That will bump the timing up 2 deg and you will get about 1mpg gain. I had mine reflashed for the manual high idle that works with the cruise control buttons. They did it for free.
