03 hesitation

03 hesitation
I have a early 03 so . When i go to accelerat from a stop it has a hesitation.I have replaced the apps and fuel filter and crank sensor in the past . without change . I get no codes. Just says done. Is there another sensor to change that would effect take off from a stop. Also somtimes i put it in gear it shutteres and wants to stall .Help Truck has 142 k And its getting worse
