Overdrive lockout switch? (w/Smarty)

It's been a while since I originally posted about this, but I thought I'd share some photos of how I mounted the indicator LED for the BD Overdrive Lockout.
I wanted a location that would be easy to see and not be too offensive to look at on my dash. I had the gauge cluster out to replace the the dash incandescent bulbs with LED's (more on that in another post) and saw that there was a good location near the trip-meter reset stalk;
First I drilled a clearance hole in the gauge panel.
I used the clearance hole to mark the location of the LED mounting hole in the bezel.
I used thin CA glue to mount the LED into the hole.
Then I soldered the leads (including a current limiting resistor) onto the LED.
When the LED is off it appears dark.
Illuminated it's easy to see and the color matches the TOW/HAUL indicator.
