I would think if they were gonna make a derrogitory statement about a product like that, it would be good business to elaborate on the comment a little though. Otherwise just say you don't carry them anymore.

I agree, it is hard to take someone seriously when they talk like that....I have heard that type of talk from them before......The "holier than thou" attitude tends not to get far with me!
