Will 1500 body parts fit on a 2500 truck?

I'm thinkin about having my truck repainted and I want a truck with zero rust. I found a 1500 donor truck cheap just wondering if all of the body parts are the same on the two trucks. The main parts are an 8 ft bed a front bumper, and the two doors. Also my truck is an extended cab the donor truck is a regular cab

the front end should work fine. the doors are another issue. it has been awhile but i don't think they will work. the cab corners are different.so the bottom rear edge are shaped different. bt everything else should fit.
