Where could I buy the APPS harness connector?
I need the wiring harness side APPS connector (what plugs INTO the apps) with like 6" or even 3" of wire hanging off of it.
Anyone know where I could find this other than a junk yard (theres none around here ).

I will check there. I didn't even know such a thing existed. I managed to cut my connector down to the base. There is barely enough room to solder. I'd rather just get a new one with some leads coming off of it and do it nice and neat and not worry!!!

Thought I would bring this back up... still looking for this part. I noticed BD uses it so they definitely have a line on these connectors ... will have to give them a call.

For anyone as dumb as me... the connector is a Deutsch. I was afraid to mess with the connector, but now that I've bought a new one, I see that you can just open the top that plugs into the APPS with a small screwdriver. It pops right off.
The wires come right out if you take a small screwdriver and gently lift up the tab that locks them in.
Then you can order new gold plated crimp connectors from battsracing.com for 8 bucks... or, by removing the rubber grommet on the bottom end (that doesn't plug into the APPS), you can probably buy yourself a few MM, enough to solder new wires on.
Item is DT06-6S-Assy.
Here's pics of the connector opened up:
