Does anyone know if the bolt pattern changed on wheel hubs with the body style change between 2002 and 2003. Can I put the 04 wheels on my 2002? Thanks

I believe that the pattern is still 8x6.5. You should be able to but you can't put the older 16" or 16.6 wheels on a new truck but don't see why you can't go the other way

Edit - misread question and provided a worthless answer to start with
I am not aware of any brake clearance issues but I know my front rim-to-caliper clearance would not allow stick-on wheel weights inside the bowl without knocking them off. The 04 rims should work but not vice-versa.

OK, I've searched and this is the closest post I've come up with to hijack Here's my situation, just need a go or no-go. I want to run 315/70/17's on factory '03 17x8 wheels on my '98. I plan on a set of D25's up front. WILL IT WORK? Or do I need aftermarket wheels?
Thanks, John
