I mainly use mine for spewing black smoke into the atmosphere. It is also used as a commuter, fast and furious wanna be killer, and occasionally for towing the ATV's around. Oh, it is also an occasional drag strip warrior.

Daily driving, long road trips, some gooseneck/bumper pulling, and it does a great job sitting at the airport garage in Houston for weeks at a time while I am on business travel.

Re:What's your CTD used for?

What an eclectic lot. Just goes to show how versatile this truck is. Mine gets used for daily driving, weekend forays to BOMB parties when available, grocery gettin', house remodel material hauling and whatever else needs doing. Just love it when I get a load of wet dirt for the garden and the truck just sneers at the weight and keeps on bookin'. Truck is being set up for towing a 5'er (one of these years) and after being on here for awhile, know that this truck will handle that task equally as well (as long as I stay within the parameters of it's towing capabilities).

Re:What's your CTD used for?

Well, if Haulin's truck can handle the weight he's hauling, I think your truck will be able to handle a 5'er.

Re:What's your CTD used for?

Good safe daily driver for my wife because it won't fit in the underground garage at work. :'(

Pulling our horse trailer and horses arround. Going up North to the cabin in all weather and pulling the boat. Added benefit is it gets better MPG than my wife's car and the diesel is cheaper! ;D

Re:What's your CTD used for?

Driving 45 miles one way to work, towing around on the farm, pulling the 5th camper. If I don't drive at least once a day, I get up-set.
