Vinyl flooring, replace with carpet?

I'm a currently looking at a couple of trucks, and loan options. One of the possiblity's has the vinyl flooring. I am not a fan of this flooring, but has anyone ever changed theirs for carpet? If so, did you do it or pay someone? How much did it cost either way?

If you did it, how difficult was it?

I havent changed from vinyl to carpet. But I am redoing the whole interior as we speak, and I am sound proofing it. The carpet is a pretty easy job. I got my carpet from http://www.1aauto.com/, it was $137.00. They send it out pre-molded, but you have to let it sit out for a couple of days to let the molds come back out. They ship it rolled up in a box, hence the unrolling and letting it sit.
You need to take everything out of the truck, front and rear seats, all the side plastics and the sill guards.
I wouldnt say this is a hard project. Just take you time so you dont cut to much off.

You can buy the vinyl one from 1aauto.com also. I think the vinyl is $20 more.
