Steering wheel squeak

I’ve noticed here lately that sometimes my steering wheel will squeak when I turn. It wasn’t bad until today the first fairly cold day we have had and now it is a lot more noticeable. Any ideas what it might be?

In the cab or out of the cab ?
I guess its in the cab , could be whats called the clock spring , its inside the steering wheel / under , makes the electrical connection for horn ect.
When they wear out they start making noise .
