Steering wheel Lock-No Worky
Just finished changing out heater core and evaporator. Steering wheel lock worked fine before.
No, I did not turn the steering wheel while apart other than the occasional wiggles during work.
I did find one obscure post on google that mentioned "it has a tendency to stick from years of dirt and dust build up and any new type of movement makes it stick" or something to that affect. The person who asked the question had a dodge diesel with the same project.
I'll see if I can find the link, but the answer did not tell the person asking anything. So, any ideas? KD
