Cab mounts would be a good place to start.

Quad cab rear doors? Get a passenger to lean on the door and see if it goes away. (the noise, not the passenger )

cloth seats, with rear one out. I lubed the fuel tank bands down with a light oil.

My quad cab door squeaked also. I finally found that the bottom latch wasn't latching so in effect the front door was holding it shut but it squeaked under certain conditions. Lubed it up and is fine now.

I picked up some new pins and bushings for my front doors last week. If I grabbed the back of my doors and lifted I got a lot of movement at the pins. You have to grind the stock ones out the first time but after that they just bolt in for easy changing after that if you wear them out again. Got them at NAPA for 12 bones and Dodge could only get me complete door hinge.

Still squeaking, eh? Could be an exhaust hanger, too.

Best way I've learned to find a squeak is follow the sound. Have someone else drive on a road where it squeaks a lot and start crawling around listening. If it will squeak at low speeds and you can't find the sound inside, walk along outside with someone driving and listen (if you had a manual you could just drop it in first and get out ). Might have to find a long stretch of road where it'll squeak, build some momentum and turn the diesel off to hear anything.
