I am pretty sure the wood grain trim was mated with the leather seats.
It was when I ordered mine but I know things have changed.

Mines a SLT Larmie & has the leather heated power seats, overhead, steering wheel controls, etc. I think the only thing it doesn't have is the 5 band eq - only has the 3 band eq.
I haven't seen badging for SLT+ so I wonder if that was just a check mark on the option sheet?
Has rubber floor mats & not carpet - which doesn't bother me as it's easier to hose out.

An SLT truck with a rubber floor mat was a special order (carpet delete) that is the way my 99 dually was ordered and yes i like mine too much easyer to keep clean

I'm pretty sure there is a standard package that was the 'Plus' optional equipment. Of course, you can pretty much build your truck if you special order it, adding and deleting items at will. I came across a few of these when searching for mine. The rubber floor mat, ie carpet delete, is popular around here becasue of the wetness and was simply checked on the order form. You weren't really ordering a rubber mat, you were not ordering the carpet.

I have the 3 button eq in my truck, but have seen the 5 button one in others. I have ridden in one w/ leather seats but no power adjustment. You will probably come across some varied options in your search for a truck.

I have a 1995 slt larimie and it has everything exept the radio buttons and heated leather, but they are leather and power.

Mine is an SLT laramie, I have leather power seat, overhead console, Steering wheel controls, infinite stereo, I don't have the wood grain or heated seats, I believe those are the only options it didn't come with. Mine's also a 99. Oh also has fog lights etc.
