shop manuals?

The guys that have bought their own shop manuals-----this one's for you

Whcih one have you found to be the most informative and where did you get it?

I looked at one on Ebay, it's a CD, and supposedly it covers "everything" on the 01's to 03's, I find that hard to believe. Anybody have one of these CD's?

I think I'd rather have the book style---------
how about ya'll?

its probably some pirated cd. My service manual is a computer pdf file. My other book is an actual haynes book. An actual book is a lot more handy than a CD. Nothing more annoying than printing pages, starting to work, and then realize that you need to have another page printed

With a book you can take it outside or to the garage with you

I buy them here, may seem expensive but will pay for itself in the first repair

You missed it. I just sold a set yesterday for 2001 trucks. They were the real deal from tech authority. I ordered a set for my sons truck and they sent me two and wouldn't take the second set back.

LOL, Gotta love them Diesel addicted hi-tech rednecks!

Actually, thats a heck of an idea, I have to order the CD version now, between that, my re-con manual, and my Excel file with part numbers, you could have your trucks medical records right on hand!

Yessiree, I like it!

Factory service manuals all the way. Others are just to broad and to vague.

Factory Service Manual.

I think I got it from some mail in thing or an internet address in the owner's manual.

I also have two Haynes... one because I needed torque specs and couldn't get to my other one.
