Seized Brake piston in rear caliper?

It's an '02 2500 with disks on the back. The right rear caliper has partially seized today. It's the top piston, is this usual or unusual? In your opinion should I try and rebuild it or just replace the entire unit? I tow a large trailer but it has two axles with brakes on them. (and I use them ) I checked the fluid and it doesn’t seem burned or discolored, the system has 68,000 miles on it. But that shouldn't really matter...right? As always any input would be great, thanks!

Personally I would replace the calipers on both sides of the rear with rebuilts.
You'll be surprised how inexpensive they are, hardly makes rebuilding them yourself worth it.

Thanks Bill,
I'm leaning in that direction, looking for some replacements as I write!

I agree, rebuilt cylinders are only $20 or so.
