I've wondered if some Kenworth or Peterbilt seats would fit in these things...that would be nice...

Certanily not as bad as the '85 Mercurey Grand Marquis my parents used to own - 30 minuites and my leg was asleep...way too soft!
Yep, I'll bet you could get another seat in there, bolt-up patterns would be the trick. How many miles? They break down after a while...

My drivers seat is getting "ragged" needs re-upholstery but is the most comfortable seat I've ever had on a car or truck.
The absolute worst was my Mercedes 220-S (or any Mercedes for that matter)
It depends on your weight and build. My wife hates my truck seats but loves Mercedes seats.
Seats are so dependent on build/weight that you just have to try them all out.
There will be issues fastening GM seats in a Dodge, but it can be done.

I put a set of Viper seats in a Jeep...its not that difficult, you just need to weld up a bracket to adjust where the seat bolts to the slider. I ended up putting a Viper seat on a Cherokee power slider and then hacked that up until it sat on the floor of the TJ without wobbling. Took me 4hrs for the first one, and about 1.5 for the Pass. side.
If your going to swap seats make sure its something you really want, and remember, swap in something you can easily reupholster, otherwise your interior will never match.
