Scratched Gauge Cluster Cover
Hey guys - I have some light scratches on the clear plastic that covers my factory intramentation. What porduct can buff that out and where can i get it? I know mcguires makes a plastic polish, but i cant find it!

you wax DSM plastic headlites (when they turn yellow) with aluminum/ metal polish.
i use Meguiars (sp?) alum polish, then regular car polish to take scratches off my bike helmets face shields. works great.

Best results can be obtained using Novus Plastic Polish #2 followed by #1. Not only will it remove the scratches but the #1 will leave the plastic with an 'anti-static' finish that will repel dust and the like. I use it on everything from the windscreen on my Goldwing to the lcd displays on laptops.

I've had great sucess with Meguiar's Clear Plastic Cleaner and Polish. Some auto parts have it or buy online here-

I actually ordered it from Penn State Industries, they are a supplier for 'wooden pen making and other ways to make sawdust stuff'.
