They are not rebuildable. he best place I have found for most parts is rockauto.com. It is about 100 bucks cheaper there than at napa mine was 165 there.

According to my CD Shop Manual, the 2WD trucks have a regular wheel bearing set-up. It's the 4WD trucks that have the throw-away, designed by a second grade girl, hubs.

I had to replace my front hub back in December. I kept my old one and would like to rebuild it as well so i have a spare. I raised this question back in December and had no real results. I would think there is some way just to push out the old timken bearing, order a new bearing from timken, and then have it pressed back in. It may cost a few dollars for someone to press it in at the shop, but it beats the $250 the dealer wants for it (i couldnt find it anywhere but the dealer.) I dont understand why we must by a whole new hub if we can just press a new bearing in though..Dodge claims the hub is a sealed unit and must replace the whole hub.

FWIW--my right hub went out at about 85K.

I have been through this, and the short answer is no. I took mine apart, found part numbers on the bearings and tried to order them to no avail. I even contacted the Timken rep. he told me that those part numbers were proprietary and I could not buy them.
