PINION SEAL

Stopped by the parts house to get a new pinion seal and they gave me one for a 9.25" shaft. is this correct?? They showed part numbers reflecting the spicer 60 and 80 but were not in stock and they cost over $25 a piece. Just need a little re-assurance if this is the correct one..

Kip

Re:PINION SEAL

Your pickup list 3 differant rear diff. options. The Spicer 60 and 80 and also the 9 1/4". All three use a differant seal for the pinion. Possibly you can get the numbers on the tag on your rear diff cover and that will tell you which axle you have.
