Optimum alignment measurements?

Ugh, just spent the last two days under cars, not fun . Swapped out a pair of wheel hubs on a 1500 ram which were easier than my 2500 (thanks Infidel for the press trick) and installed my DSS and Thuren trackbar . I can already feel the steering slop has decreased. The questions I have are does anyone know what the magic numbers for the front end alignment are offhand? Id like to eliminate any future death wobble episodes if possible =)
Also would like to know if anyone has a link to the procedure for centering the steering wheel and any adjustments I can make on the power steering box to help with slop in the wheel.

I haven't tried these yet. I think I copied them from one of Cowhand's posts.
