New guy here need some advice.
Hey folks first post here been lurking around for sometime now but just joined.
So I have a 2002 2500 2WD and I just put a 2.5 leveling kit on it and it looks nice but I am not happy with the looks of it yet so I am putting on a 3 inch body lift and some 16.5 36 x 12.5 inch tires on some mickey 16.5 x 12 inch wheels this weekend. My question is do you think that match up of tires and wheels are going to be OK. And with a 2.5 inch level kit and a 3 inch body lift not have any horrible rubbing issues. BTW I am doing a body lift because this isn't a toy or a mud truck for me its a daily and I just want the looks. What issues do you think I will run into on the body lift

You'll have to detail the frame, cuz it will be showin.
You won't rub the fenders, but with 12 inch wide wheels you will probably be rubbing the control arms on the tight turns...
The stock control arms will tear up your side tread when backing up. Just a heads up.

will 36" tires work with a 3" body lift on a 2wd? 2 issues i've had putting on body lifts. 1) i had to slot the back bumper bolt holes so that the back bumper matched up with the body and 2) the kit i got didnt lift the front of the truck up...had to undo the radiator core support and put my own homemade blocks in there just to make it look like the truck didn't drop off in the front. but also this wasn't on a dodge so i'm not sure if those problems will be the same

That's the problem with body lifts....they usually don't address all the issues and rarely go on without having to cut, lengthen or modify something.
I would save for a set of springs....
