Hi there, another new guy from Ontario, Canada
I have a 1996 3500 extended cab 4X4, 5speed with about 130kkm on it.
I found this site while looking for help for my truck. The other day while driving the GEN light came on. The alt is not charging. Using the info I found on this forum, I have been lokking for the problem. The one thing that I found is that there is no battery voltage at the alt + field terminal when the ign switch is in run but I have not found out why yet.
