Need torque settings

Hey guys,,,, I don't have a 2001 CTD service manual yet and was wondering if someone can look this up for me. I need the factory torque recommendations for the following:

Rear leaf spring hanger bolts (front and rear bolts):
Rear shakle bolt (the bolt that attaches the shackle to the leaf spring):
Rear U-bolts:

Check out my new rear springs. I still need to lift the front 3 more inches.

http://www.cardomain.com/member_page...024&page=2

How did you solve the front driveline angle problem?

I have a serious vibration at 60mph+ with only 4.5" lift.

It's not to angled going into the differential, but coming out of the transfer case, it's almost straight down (exageration for effect )

phox

The 7" Skyjacker kit comes with a reindexing ring. Absolutely no vibs with the 7" lift (actually it came out to be 8" up front) and mine doesn't have the front axle disconnect so my front dshaft even spins all the time!

Now when I add the 3 inch coil spacers on top of the 7" lift coils up front, I may be in for a rude awakening! I'm expecting the worst but hoping for the best!!

That's going to be one very high truck. ;D

Are longer control arms in your plans as well, or do you already have adjustable ones you can lenghten to fit the extra 3 inches?

I think I might need another leaf in back, right now it's pretty dead on level, but I like the back a bit higher than the front, almost as much as it came stock.

I'm wondering why the 4.5 skyjacker didn't come with the transfer case reindexing thingamijiggy.
I've heard that standard trannys don't have a problem with the vibe on the 4.5" (or 2 inch D25's either) just the slushbox guys, of which I am one.
Must not be that much of a problem, or you'd think they'd address it.

phox
